FlaVerbs is an educational platform designed to help foreign language teachers teach verb conjugations through interactive games and tools. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers, with premium features available to subscribers.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

To access certain features, you must register for an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have verifiable parental consent;
  • All information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date;
  • You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • You will be responsible for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct we determine to be harmful to the Site or Services.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

Premium features are accessible via a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you:

  • Authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., bi-monthly, semi-annually, or annually);
  • Agree to provide a valid payment method and keep it current;
  • Acknowledge that subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, and you will be notified in advance of any price increases before they take effect.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, including partial months or unused portions of subscriptions. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly at admin [at] flaverbs [dot] com.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, design elements, software, code, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks on the Site are the exclusive property of FlaVerbs or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any part of the Site or Services without prior written permission;
  • Use our name, logo, or trademarks without express authorization;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platform.
